Let it WHAT????

Let it snow? What, I must be crazy because September isn't even done with yet. I love how cute the vinyl snowflake rub-ons are from E.A.D. Designs. I ordered them in white, teal, and silver, but I'm thinking I'll be ordering more of these. These snowflakes would be cute on any holiday card, layout, home decor, or even a window. I can't wait to decorate after seeing these. I used my slice machine to cut out the tree 3 times and then cut the wavy patterns by hand and then embossed the edges in white. Then I cut my tree trunk and snow hill out out cardstock. For the final touch I applied a few of the cute snowflakes to give it that winter feel.

Hey! I hope you all had a great weekend and are having a good start to this week! Wow, here we are already in the second week of September. For my project this week I decided to alter a gift card tin that I bought on clearance after this past Christmas. I just love those deals :) I started by covering both the top and bottom of the tin with some cute Cosmo Cricket paper and then inked the edges brown. After that I stamped my journal spot on both the tin and the opposite side of the paper I used to cover the tin. After cutting out the inner circle and applying it to the tin I chose the "Thinking of You" sentiment from the SENTIMENTS vinyl rub-on set.
